How do I place an order?

1) Start shopping by browsing through our catalog and clicking on a product that you want to order.

2) On the product page, you can see the available options. You can also change the quantity of your order from this page. click on "Add to Cart" button to add it to your shopping cart.

3) On your shopping cart page, you can remove a product by clicking the "x" icon or the remove button, then clicking on the "Update Cart" button. You can also continue shopping and add more products on your shopping cart by clicking on "Continue Shopping" button. If you have a discount coupon code or a gift voucher code, enter it on the corresponding field. Finally, if you want to checkout and pay for your product/s, click on the "Checkout" button.

(If you have a store credit with us, the amount will automatically appear as a deduction to the order total.)

4) You will be transferred to either the Login page or if you're signed-in already, to the Delivery Information page.
Login Page - Just sign-in using your email and password if you already have an account with us, or if you're a new customer to, Fill in the "new customer" checkout options.
Delivery Details Page - Enter your specific shipping address
Delivery Method - If your order total is P1,500 and above, the system will pre-select the "free shipping" button, otherwise, there is a flat rate shipping fee of P150. Click Continue.

5) You will then reach the payment method page. Please select the preferred payment method, and add your comments on the "comments box" (if any). Ensure that you have read our Terms and Conditions before checking the tickbox, and click Continue.

6) If your payment method is via Bank Deposit, Money Transfer, or OTC - Makati Office, The payment instructions will then be displayed on screen (The same payment instructions will be sent to you via email upon order submission) Click the "confirm order" button to complete the order submission.
If your payment method is Paypal/Visa/Mastercard, you will be asked to review your order before confirming it. Upon Clicking the "confirm order button" , the system will redirect you to the secure paypal site to complete the payment.

Kindly check your email for the order ID. Please ensure that you provided a working email address and mobile number because in the event that the items on your order are unavailable, we will contact you within the next 12 hours. For faster processing, please send us a text message at 0925-8BENLOI (0925-8236564) to let us know of the order you have just made.
Your order will not ship until we receive payment. Kindly settle the full amount within the next 1 to 2 days. The system will automatically cancel unpaid orders after 2 days. If your order is canceled, you can always place a new order again but with no assurance that the item will still be available. If you have already settled the payment or your credit card has already been charged and the order is canceled due to unavailability, Benloi Shopping will issue a credit to your account or send you a full refund within 24 to 48 hours.

Our website receives orders 24/7 while order processing is done during business hours: Monday to Saturday (Except Holidays) 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Your order will be processed once your payment has been verifiedOrders with payments settled and verified on or before 5:00 PM ships the next working day. 

As soon as your  payment is settled, Please notify us immediately by filling in the payment confirmation form at Attach a copy of the deposit slip or transfer slip for faster verification. You may also send a copy of the payment slip directly at Dont forget to provide your order ID or any order information such as your Name on the Order.

Our system automatically cancels orders that are not settled within 2 days from order date. If you need some more time, Please let us know. We may be able to grant extension requests up to another 24 hours, but this is not guaranteed.
If your order is canceled, you can always place a new order but with no assurance that the item will still be available.


We have 2 partner couriers: Xend Express and Erim Express. Products coming from our Luzon warehouses are shipped via Xend Express while Products coming from our Cebu warehouse are shipped via Erim Express.


  1. Our Warehouse staff prepares and packs the order.
  2. Once packed, Our Warehouse staff schedules a courier pick-up.
  3. Partner couriers (Xend and Erim) picks up the package from our warehouse.
  4. Partner couriers (Xend and Erim) sort the packages according to location and forwards provincial packages to theiir tie-up couriers.

Multiple Shipment is possible if you have 2 or more products on your order. 

Backorder/Unavailable Items
If the item you purchased is found to be on backorder and we cannot obtain the item,  you will be notified by email or text message, and offered a similar replacement or a full refund if payment has already been received.
Order Cancellation Requests
As soon as we receive your payment, We will process your order immediately.
Depending on how much time has elapsed, it might be possible that we can no longer accommodate cancellation requests.
