Are you a legitmate seller? How can I check?
Benloi Shopping is duly registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), the local government unit and the Bureau of Internal Revenue. Our legitimacy is attested by the efforts we put into our online store. We have spent and continue to spend thousands of hours in enhancing product content and information, improving our SEO, and continually adding new products in our website. Our corporate office is situated in the heart of Makati's central business district while our satellite office is located in one of the fastest growing cities in Cebu. These are not acts of a "fly-by-night" business. You can check the Positive Feedback from happy/satisfied customers here and in ourFacebook page.
 
Where is your store located?
BENLOI SHOPPING is an ecommerce/online store with multiple warehouse locations scattered across Manila and Cebu. We don't have a physical store. Likewise, due to space limitations, we do not keep our products at the office. All products are shipped directly to the customer's address.

Can I pay when the item arrives at my location?
We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). We require prior payment before we can ship your order.
 
Do you ship nationwide?
Certainly! We ship to any province in the Philippines.
 
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship to international locations.
 
I plan to order one of your products next month, Can you possibly reserve the item for me?
When you place an order, the item is reserved to you for 24 hours. Depending on the availability of stock, we may grant reservation extension requests up to 2 days, but this is not guaranteed.
Customers are given 24 hours (1 day) to settle/pay for their orders with confirmed stock. The system will automatically cancel placed orders that aren't paid within 24 hours. 
If your order is cancelled, you can always place a new order again but with no assurance that the item will still be available.
 
I'm done placing my order, What should I do next?
Payment instructions are displayed on the screen immediately upon order checkout. The same information will be sent to your email address upon order submission. Please keep your lines open - we will contact you within the next 12 working hours if the product you wish to purchase is not available. We typically contact you via email or text message. Please ensure to provide a working mobile # and email address. For Faster stock availability confirmation, you may also contact us at 09278111000 or 0925-8BENLOI. 

Please settle the full amount within 2 days from order date. Our system automatically cancels orders that are not settled or paid after 2 days. You may however place the order again but with no assurance of stock availability.

 

When will I receive my order?

Our website receives orders 24/7 while order processing is done during business hours: Monday to Saturday (Except Holidays) 11AM to 9PM. Your order will be processed once your payment has been verified. Orders with confirmed stock availability and with payments settled and verified on or before 5:00 PM will ship the next working day. Shipping Lead Time usually takes 3 to 4 working days (Metro Manila) and 5 to 10 working days (Provinces outside Metro Manila.


 

The tracking/waybill number you provided me could not be found at the courier's website. Why?
Please note that it usually takes 1 to 2 days  for couriers to update the tracking information on their website. Your tracking no. will available to you on shipment date or date of courier pick-up.
 
Since you don't have a physical store, Can I visit your business office to view the products before buying?
BENLOI SHOPPING is an ecommerce store with multiple warehouse locations. We don't maintain a physical inventory of products at our office. If you wish to purchase something from our online store, we will be happy to send it to you via domestic shipping.
 
 
Can I pay over the counter, at your Makati Office?
Yes, this is possible. If you wish to pay over the counter, Please choose the appropriate option upon order submission. There is a Php 50 processing fee for this payment method.
 
Can I pick up my order at your Makati Office?
Yes, you may, but please be advised that we do not have "CASH UPON PICK-UP" payment option. Thus, prior payment is still required before we can ship your order from our warehouse to our Makati Office.
Due to space limitations, we can only keep the package for a maximum of 3 days in the office. Beyond 3 days, we will either ship the package back to our provincial warehouse or ship it to your desired location. Either way, the re-routed shipping will no longer be free. Shipping re-route fee will depend on the dimensions of the item ordered and this is typically at PHP 200 for smaller items and PHP 350 - PHP 800 for items with bigger dimension.
 
If my choice will be Makati Office Pick-up,  Can I pay cash upon pick-up?
We currently do not offer CASH UPON PICK UP Payment Option. we will require payment before we can ship your order from one of our warehouses to our Makati Office.
 
 
Where are your warehouses located? I am from Manila, and I may just be residing near your warehouse, Can I possibly drop by?
While the business is bounded by a confidentiality agreement, we are unable to disclose specific information regarding our warehouse addresses. Likewise, our warehouse staff aren't trained to handle walk-in customers. If you wish to purchase something from our online store, we will be happy to send it to you via express shipping.
 
Do you do meet-ups?
While our warehouses are scattered across Luzon and Visayas, meet-up arrangements are not possible. We will be happy to send your orders via expedited domestic shipping.
 
 
I’m excited to shop online for the first time – is it safe out here?
Definitely! All online payments are processed via Paypal website which uses the best technology to keep your information safe. Your data are automatically encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
 
I'm ready to place my order, How will I pay for it?
You may pay the full amount of your order through any of these options:
  • Bank Deposit/Online Transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank)
  • Remittance Centers (Cebuana Lhuillier, Palawan Express, LBC, MLhuillier, Western Union)
  • All Major Credit/Debit Cards (Mastercard & Visa)  (via Paypal)
  • Paypal

 
I have already placed my order, but I'd like to change my payment method, Is it still possible?
Of course! Please send us a text message at 0925-8Benloi (0925-8236564) / 0927-8111000 or email us at customercare@benloi.com. Indicate in your email/text message your intent to change the payment method so we can provide you with the payment instructions. If you decide to use Paypal/Credit Card as your new payment option, you may directly create a new order and choose Paypal during checkout.
 
If I pay via paypal, can I ship to any address that I want?
For payments via PayPal, please make sure that the "Ship-To Recipient" and "Address" on the PayPal Transaction Details are the same with what you entered in our website. We will only ship to the recipient and address indicated in the PayPal Transaction page by default. If you insist to have it shipped to an address that's different from what's indicated in the paypal transaction page, we will cancel your order, process refund, and you will need to pay us again, but this time, indicate the correct recipient and shipping address in PayPal's ship-to address. 
Please note that PayPal does not allow you to change the country of your shipping address. This means that if your PayPal account is linked to a bank account or credit card in the USA or any other country, you cannot have items shipped to the Philippines. In this case, please choose another payment option (bank deposit or remittance center). We will cancel all orders where the ship-to address in the PayPal transaction details is different with that of what's entered in our website.
 
Do you accept international credit cards as a mode of payment?
We do not accept accept international credit cards. If you are placing an order from outside the country, and would like to ship the order to a Philippine address, you may however choose to pay via bank deposit or remittance center.

I just got a notification from the Remittance Center (Palawan/LBC/Lhuillier) that my payment was claimed/processed in Cebu, Are you guys in Cebu?
Our Content & Web Development Specialists are Makati Based. Meanwhile, Our Order processing/Accounting Operations are outsourced to a Cebu-based Third Party Service Provider. This is why all accounting-related matters (such as invoice/receipt issuance and payment verification) are specifically handled by our Cebu Staff.

Do you have an office in Cebu?
Sorry, we do not have a Cebu Office. We used to have one a few years back, but we moved it to Makati, Metro Manila.

I’d like to add / remove a few items from my order! How do I do this?
Simply send us a text message at 0925-8Benloi (0925-8236564) / 0927-8111000. Please provide your Name, Order Number, and the items you want to add/remove. You can still edit the items on your order as long as you have not yet settled payment for it.

I can't login to my account, I have forgotten my password. What should I do?
Easy! Simply go the the account login page, and click "forgotten password" after entering your registered email address. The system will send you a link to reset your password.

  
Which courier will you use to deliver my package?
We maintain 2 primary partner couriers for Cebu shipments and Manila shipments.
  • Most shipments from Cebu are shipped via Erim Express. Erim Express forwards provincial shipments to LBC.
  • Most shipments from Manila are shipped via Xend Express. Xend forwards provincial shipments to either Ninja Van, 2Go, or ApCargo
 
Why can't I track my package?
Please note that you may not be able to  immediately track your package on the day the package is shipped out. Most courier websites are only updated the following business day or can take up to 2 business days. There are some instances when our customers have already received their packages but the tracking # is yet to be updated.
 
Is my package insured?
Dont worry! It is unlikely that a package gets lost while in transit. In the rare event that your package gets lost, it would be nice to know that it is insured up to 50% of the total cost. Minimal Damages such as product surface scratches or dents due to poor courier handling are not covered though.
 
Is you shopping website updated?
Yes, it is updated. We try our best to maintain a real-time inventory system. However, our system isn't perfect. If the item you purchased is found to be unavailable, you will be notified by email or text message, and offered a similar replacement or a full refund if the payment has already been received.
 
Can we choose the courier company you will use for our order?
Unfortunately, no. We have maintained exclusive contracts with our primary couriers Erim Express and Xend Express.
 
Can I have someone else receive the package for me?
If you arent available to receive your package in the address specified, please ensure that a reliable representative will be there to receive it in your behalf. We will not be responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses and/or packages that were received by someone you didnt authorize.
 
Are your products on the website original and authentic?
YES Absolutely.  All the items on our website are original and authentic, sourced directly from the manufacturer and/or their authorized distributors. We do not sell Replica, Fake, Knock Off, or Class A version products on our website.
 
For Rackets, Is it better to purchase the "complete set" (racket with string) or the "racket without string"?
For your convenience and security, we recommend that you purchase the complete set.
Not only will this bring you convenience, this will also give you a security that the stringing process is safe and warrantied. If you ask someone else to string the racquet, and they broke it, this is not covered by our 3 day limited return/exchange policy against factory defects or any manufacturer warranty.
